President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan arrived in Kyrgyzstan to attend the 11th Summit of the Heads of State Council of the Turkic States Organization (TDT).

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan arrived in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, to participate in the 11th Summit of the Heads of State Council of the Turkic States Organization (TDT). The plane carrying President Erdoğan and his accompanying delegation landed at Manas International Airport at 17:48 local time. President Erdoğan was welcomed at the airport by Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Japarov and then proceeded to the hotel where he will be staying.

Tomorrow, President Erdoğan will be officially welcomed by President Japarov at the Intimak Ordo Presidential Palace and will hold a bilateral meeting. It is expected that President Erdoğan will also visit the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University as he participates in the Sixth Meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council. Additionally, President Erdoğan is scheduled to attend the opening of the Bishkek Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship State Hospital tomorrow. On November 6, President Erdoğan will participate in the 11th Summit of the Heads of State of the Turkic States Organization (TDT).

Accompanying President Erdoğan are his wife Emine Erdoğan, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler, Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu, Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, MIT President İbrahim Kalın, President’s Communication Director Fahrettin Altun, Chief Foreign Policy and Security Advisor to the President Akif Çağatay Kılıç, AK Party Deputy Chair and Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik, along with several officials.
