Bomb attack on election convoy in Pakistan: 4 dead
In the Balochistan province of Pakistan, a bomb attack targeted the election convoy of former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), resulting in 4 casualties and dozens of injuries. The attack took place in Sibi, located in the Balochistan province, where PTI organized the election convoy. Four people lost their lives, and many others were injured in the attack. The injured were transported to nearby hospitals, and the area where the attack occurred has been cordoned off for security reasons. The attack, which occurred ahead of the general elections on February 8 in Pakistan, has raised concerns among security forces, and as of now, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
