In Indonesia, lightning struck the field, and a football player lost his life during a friendly match played on Saturday. 35-year-old footballer Septain Raharja lost his life as a result of being struck by lightning that hit the field during a friendly match between FC Bandung and FBI Subang at the Siliwangi Stadium in Bandung, located in West Java, Indonesia, on Saturday. Raharja, who was wearing the FC Subang jersey, collapsed after being struck by lightning. Following the incident, Raharja’s Indonesian teammates rushed to his aid. Raharja, who was taken to the hospital by medical teams, could not be saved despite all interventions. A 25-year-old footballer who played for the Bojonegoro club in Indonesia also lost his life as a result of being struck by lightning.
