According to C3S data, the average global air temperature in April was determined to be 15.03 degrees. This set a record as the highest April temperature average to date. Additionally, it was found that in the last 12 months (May 2023 – April 2024), the global average temperature is 1.61 degrees higher compared to the pre-industrial period of 1850-1900.
