Russian athlete Denis Vovk breaks world record by pulling a train

Russian athlete Denis Vovk set a world record by pulling a 650-ton train 1.48 meters in 37 seconds with an amazing performance in the city of St. Petersburg. Vovk’s achievement took place at a train station in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Denis Vovk had previously moved the same train half a meter, but this time he improved his record by accomplishing a 1.48-meter pulling distance. The record attempt of Vovk, who received support by specially prepared ropes and mechanisms placed between the rails, was closely followed with great interest by performance trainers and journalists.

Russian officials stated that they will submit all the footage and documents for the official registration of the record to representatives of the Guinness World Records.
