US Secretary of State Antony Blinken discussed recent developments in a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Netanyahu stated that Israel would launch a ground attack on the city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip if Hamas stops its attacks and expressed reluctance towards a ceasefire agreement.

Antony Blinken, who visited Israel for the seventh time since the attacks on Gaza began on October 7, continues his discussions in Israel. Blinken and Netanyahu first met one-on-one and then participated in a meeting with their delegations.

According to Israeli media reports, Netanyahu conveyed to Blinken that if Hamas completely stops its attacks, Israel will launch a ground attack on Rafah in Gaza and they will not sign a ceasefire agreement.
