Republican US Presidential Candidate Donald Trump, at a campaign rally in the city of Salem, Virginia, asked voters for their support, stating, “If we win Virginia, we will undoubtedly win everywhere.”

As the countdown continues for the presidential elections to be held in the US on November 5, Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump held a campaign rally in the city of Salem, Virginia. Expressing confidence in the results of the elections in Virginia, Trump said, “If we win Virginia, we will undoubtedly win everywhere.” Emphasizing that he was in Virginia because he believes he can win the state, Trump stated, “Polls show we will win. We will win everywhere through the popular vote.” Asking for support from Virginia voters, Trump said, “I only want one small thing from you, which is your vote.”

“This is a terrible thing”

Criticizing the policies of his Democratic opponent Kamala Harris, Trump argued that the country’s economy shows signs of “depression” rather than “recession.” Trump claimed that he is the only candidate who can save the economy. He expressed that the black population living in the US has been adversely affected by illegal immigrants taking jobs and resources, stating, “You should take a look at these numbers. This is really a terrible thing.”

“A small part of my ear is missing”

In his speech, Trump also referenced a previous assassination attempt on him. He said that while he could enjoy life anywhere in the world, he is fighting for the presidency, reminding that currently, “a small part of his ear is missing.”

“While saving our economy, I will also protect our borders”

Stating that the tax and credit policies he would implement if elected would “make life easier for Americans,” Trump said, “There will be no taxes on Social Security spending and tax credits.” He noted that he plans to “start more oil drilling to end inflation,” promising to cut energy bills in half within a year. Criticizing the border security policies of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’s administration, Trump stated, “While saving our economy, I will also protect our borders.”
