TBMM President Numan Kurtulmuş Visits Turkish Energy Company in Cuba

TBMM President Numan Kurtulmuş visited a Turkish energy company engaged in energy production in the capital city of Cuba, Havana. Kurtulmuş visited the Turkish private sector company that meets one-third of the country’s electricity needs through energy ships and conducted inspections. During the visit, Kurtulmuş emphasized the significant role of the energy sector in Turkey-Cuba relations.

Kurtulmuş stated that the Turkish company, which plays a crucial role in meeting a significant portion of Cuba’s electricity production, successfully represents Turkey throughout the country. He also mentioned that this initiative sets an example for other Turkish companies to operate in energy and related fields in Cuba.

MHP Group Deputy Chairman and Nevşehir Deputy Filiz Kılıç, AK Party Konya Deputy Selman Özboyacı, AK Party Kırklareli Deputy Ahmet Gökhan Sarıçam, and Turkey’s Ambassador to Havana Vehbi Etensel also participated in the visit.
