Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan Held Diplomatic Talks in Gambia
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hakan Fidan, continues to strengthen the relations between countries with diplomatic visits he conducted in Gambia.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hakan Fidan, visited Gambia to attend the 15th Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). During his visit, he met with Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammed Ishak Dar. Fidan discussed important issues during the meeting held in Banjul.
Fidan’s contacts were not limited to Pakistan only. On the same day, he also held separate meetings with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Abroad Nasser Bourita, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Sudanese Deputy Foreign Minister Hussein Awad Ali Mohammed, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, Somali Deputy Prime Minister Salah Jama, and Gambian President Adama Barrow.
