US Secretary of State Antony Blinken held an extremely critical meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. According to information reported by the Israeli media, Netanyahu conveyed to Blinken that they would conduct a ground operation in Gaza if Hamas stops its attacks and they would not be flexible on the ceasefire.
With this visit, Antony Blinken has visited Israel for the seventh time since the attacks on Gaza began on October 7 and continues his contacts. Following the meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, another inter-delegation meeting was held.
The Israeli media reported that if Netanyahu insists on Hamas stopping its attacks, they will start a ground operation in the city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip and will not agree to a ceasefire deal.
