As Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip continue for 296 days, Hamas Political Bureau Chairman Ismail Haniyeh made a call for mass protests. Haniyeh urged all countries around the world, particularly Arab and Islamic nations, to take to the streets on August 3rd in support of the Palestinian people. Haniyeh stated, “Let August 3rd be a national and international day of support for Gaza and the prisoners, and let continuous actions continue until the genocidal war against our prisoners and the Palestinian people comes to an end.”
