Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed deep sorrow over Raisi’s tragic death and stated that the people of India stand with Iran. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro described Iranian President Raisi as a friend in tough times and praised him as an extraordinary leader.
