Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ceyhun Bayramov, met with NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, Javier Kolomina. Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ceyhun Bayramov, who arrived in Washington DC, the capital of the United States to attend the NATO Summit of Heads of State and Government, has started his meetings. Bayramov met with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, Javier Kolomina, as part of his contacts. The statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs mentioned that various aspects of Azerbaijan-NATO cooperation were discussed during the meeting, including energy security, protection of critical infrastructure, military training, and mine clearance activities. It was also noted that Kolomina and Bayramov exchanged comprehensive views on the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace process, as well as regional and international security situation during the meeting.
