During President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s visit to Kyrgyzstan, 19 agreements were signed in the fields of energy, customs, and other areas.
The visit of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to Kyrgyzstan continues. Following one-on-one and inter-delegation meetings at the Presidential Palace in Bishkek, a signing ceremony for agreements between the two countries was held. At the ceremony, President Erdoğan and Caparov signed the “Joint Declaration on Elevating the Strategic Partnership Relations between the Republic of Turkey and the Kyrgyz Republic to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Level.”
At the ceremony, agreements were signed on Security Cooperation, Cooperation on Animal Health, and a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Migration.
In the ceremony where the Debt Forgiveness Agreement and the Memorandum of Understanding on Economic and Financial Cooperation were signed between the governments of the two countries, an Agreement on Cooperation in the Defense Industry and a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Fields of Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Energy Conservation were also signed.
Agreements were signed on the Co-Production Agreement for Audiovisual Services, a Protocol on Cooperation in the Field of Organ Transplantation, as well as the agreement on the opening, joint operation, and transfer of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship State Hospital in Bishkek, and on training Kyrgyz citizens in medical and specialty education in Turkey.
At the ceremony where the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Product Safety and Market Surveillance was signed, a Memorandum of Understanding was also signed between the National Security Council of the Republic of Turkey and the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic.
A Cooperation Memorandum was signed between the Human Resources Office and the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, while a Cooperation Protocol was signed between the Presidency of the State Archives of Turkey and the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as a Memorandum of Understanding between the Presidency Financial Office of the Republic of Turkey and the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
At the ceremony where the Protocol on Cooperation in the Training and Advanced Training of Personnel in Canine Activities was signed, a Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic Deposit Protection Agency and the Turkish Savings Deposit Insurance Fund was also signed.
A Framework Agreement on the Implementation of the Project for the Construction and Operation of Hydroelectric Power Plants between Turkey and Kyrgyzstan was signed by Kyrgyz Republic Energy Minister Taalaybek Ibrayev and Ahmet Mücahid Ören, Chairman of the Board of İhlas Holding and Central Asia Investment Holding Inc.
