In the morning hours, a fire broke out at a lithium battery factory in Hwaseong, South Korea, and after approximately 5 hours of firefighting, the extent of the tragedy began to emerge. According to the statement from the Hwaseong fire department, it was reported that the lifeless bodies of 22 individuals have been found in the factory turned to ashes. While at least 4 people were reported injured, efforts are ongoing to search for the 1 person listed as missing.
