Support Actions for Palestine Found Echo in Cuba

Support actions for Palestine that started at Columbia University in the USA continue to spread all over the world. Demonstrations gaining great interest in countries like Australia, France, the UK, and Mexico have now reached Cuba. Hundreds of students gathered at the University of Havana to show support for Palestine.

Jose Alberto Almeida, President of the Student Federation at the University of Havana, stated in his remarks, ‘We believe that it is unacceptable to once again face the reality of the tragedy in Gaza, where innocent people continue to lose their lives.’
