Death Toll Rises to 20 in Gaza from Hunger and Thirst
The number of people who have died from hunger and thirst in the Gaza Strip, which Israel has blockaded and continues to attack, has risen to 20.
The Israeli army has been attacking the Gaza Strip for 153 days. According to a statement by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, it was reported that two more people died from hunger and thirst in the Gaza Strip, which Israel has blockaded and largely prevented aid from entering. It was reported that a 15-year-old child at Shifa Hospital in Gaza City and a 72-year-old person at Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahya City died due to malnutrition and dehydration. Finally, it was noted that the number of people who have died from hunger and thirst in the Gaza Strip has risen to 20. The statement used the expression: “The number of deaths reported due to malnutrition and dehydration only reflects the number of deaths in hospitals. We believe that dozens of people quietly died of hunger without reaching hospitals.”
