Prince Harry, who had separated from the royal family, lost the lawsuit he filed against the British government

Following the decision to “reduce the level of security” during his stay in the UK, Prince Harry lost his High Court case against the UK government.

The UK Home Office had announced that police protection was withdrawn after the Royal and VIP Protection Committee (RAVEC) decided to “reduce the level of security” for Prince Harry due to no longer being a member of the royal family in 2020. Prince Harry had initiated legal action against the Home Office following the decision. After leaving the royal family, Prince Harry lost the lawsuit he filed against the British government regarding the reduction of security protection levels during his stay in the UK. High Court Judge Sir Peter Lane dismissed Prince Harry’s case, stating that the court’s decision was not unlawful.
