The United Nations General Assembly Accepts Palestine’s UN Membership
As a result of the vote in the United Nations General Assembly, Palestine’s full membership to the UN has been accepted. According to the voting results, Palestine, with 143 ‘yes’ votes against 9 ‘no’ votes, has earned the right to join the United Nations as a full member.
