Speech by Russian President Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized at the ceremony held in Red Square on the 79th anniversary of the Soviet Union’s victory over Nazi Germany that the strategic forces are ready for war with 9,000 soldiers and more than 70 military equipment.
